experience in the multidisciplinary consultative domain of disability analysis. The
American Board of Disability Analysts has approved Charlotte B. Stein, MPA, BS, RN,
CRRN, CDMS, CCM for national board certification at the advanced level as Senior
Disability Analyst and Diplomat for the Western Michigan area. The American Board of
Disability Analysts, and outgrowth of the ADA Act, was created to build interdisciplinary
harmony, to promote methods of empowering the disabled and promoting independent living,
and to reduce the disparity of education and credential standards found among professional
who evaluate and/or treat disabled persons.
Unlike a therapist with exclusive training, a disability analyst is
a generalist with significant understanding of the clinical, legal, ethical, and financial
aspects which underlie individual and treatment team decision making in rehabilitation.
ABDA certification has become an institution revered by the public,
the judicial system, insurance and business organizations, professional societies and
individuals who desire formal acknowledgement and recognition of demonstrated mastery of
particular bodies of knowledge and skill application related to the injured and disabled.
To better serve her clients, Charlotte expanded her
knowledgebase further by completing of the 130 hour post graduate program in
life care planning. |
